At The Tox Box, our priority is delivering safe, balanced, and beautiful results while respecting the time of every client. The following policies help us maintain fairness, consistency, and high-quality care.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and other clients by adhering to the following:
Cancellation Deadline
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a $25 no-show fee.
Running Late?
If you are running behind, please call or text us. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, arrival more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients.
Card on File
A valid card is required on file to secure your appointment and process any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. If a card cannot be processed, a $25 balance will be added to your account.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if special circumstances arise.
Neurotoxin (Botox/Xeomin) Touch-Up Policy
At The Tox Box, we follow a structured touch-up policy to ensure safe, precise results.
Two-Week Evaluation Window
Neurotoxin takes a full 14 days to reach peak effect.
• Touch-ups must be scheduled at the 14-day mark
• Eligible window: 14–20 days after your original appointment
• Adjustments requested before 14 days will be treated as additional units and must be paid for
Treating too early can result in over-correction, which is why we strictly recommend waiting the full two weeks.
Complimentary Touch-Up
If minor refinement is needed at your two-week evaluation:
• Up to 5 units are complimentary
• Units beyond 5 are charged at $11 per unit
Example:
If 7 units are required, 5 units are complimentary and you will only be charged for 2 units ($22).
Touch-Up Eligibility Requirements
Complimentary touch-ups do not apply if:
• You chose to receive less than the recommended dose
• You were advised the selected dose may not achieve your desired result
• You return after the 20-day window
• You request treatment in an area not originally treated
• TMJ or lip flips (not eligible for complimentary touch-ups)
Touch-ups are intended for refinement of areas treated at your initial appointment.
Limited exceptions may be made for emergencies or travel at injector discretion. Exceptions will not be granted for recurrence of movement due to under-dosing.
Lip Filler Policy
At The Tox Box, we are committed to safe, balanced, and beautiful filler results.
No Complimentary Touch-Ups
When you purchase a Tox Box Signature Lip (0.6mL, 0.4mL, 0.2mL) or any dermal filler service, the amount purchased is the amount administered. We do not offer free filler touch-ups after treatment.
Treatment Planning & Corrections
Filler results may vary slightly due to individual anatomy, swelling, and healing response.
During your consultation and assessment, we will recommend the appropriate amount of product to achieve your desired result.
If refinement is needed after healing, additional filler (often 0.2mL) may be required and can be purchased and scheduled accordingly.
Our goal is transparency, realistic expectations, and prioritizing both safety and aesthetic balance.
Virtual Weight Loss Program Policy
Effective 11/24/25
To keep our weight-loss program running smoothly and fairly for all clients, we have implemented the following policy for virtual follow-up appointments.
No-Show Policy
Any virtual weight-loss appointment where the client does not respond and/or does not complete payment during business hours on the day of the appointment will be charged a $25 non-refundable no-show fee.
This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Business Hours for Virtual Follow-Ups
Responses and payments must be completed during:
• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
How Virtual Follow-Ups Work
Most virtual follow-ups are completed via text on the day of your appointment.
Please note:
• We do not always reach out at the exact appointment time
• We often message clients first thing in the morning
• As long as you respond and complete payment by end of business hours, the appointment is marked completed
Payment Reminder
Please only schedule a follow-up appointment if you are able to complete payment on the day of your appointment.
If finances are uncertain, you are welcome to:
✔ Reschedule to a later date
✔ Cancel the appointment at any time
✔ Reach out for help adjusting your schedule
There is no penalty for cancelling or rescheduling in advance.
